My Philosophy – More Is Far From Better
After four decades of successful settlement negotiations and contested trials, I have drawn the conclusion that the presence of large numbers of expensive lawyers in fancy suits is not the best methodology of predicting a favorable outcome. Nor is charging hundreds of thousands of dollars in a retainer fee.
My experience, skill and ability to find solutions to real, obscure issues is why clients turn to me, a solo practitioner, for representation. A bigger legal team is not stronger or smarter or more efficient.
